we find ourselves in a tender in-between.
The sap is rising and so is the call to reawaken.
To stretch slowly toward the light.
To welcome the next season of your becoming.

Join us to unfurl your body, warm your voice open,
and nourish your senses through yoga, breath, movement, and song.
Together we’ll honour whatever your winter held- stillness, repair, deep listening…
or perhaps more busyness than your inner world wished for.
With gentle, wild patience, we will invite the energy of spring
to support and uplift your true essence of Self in the world.

Movement and song are alchemists...
pathways to shake off the old, return to centre,
and remember your radiant essence.
